Yard Flowers
Wet weather and mild temperatures have made for lush plants in the flower beds this year.
Nest Boxes
The nest boxes this year have been taken over by copes tree frogs. We have seen them in a least 2 of the boxes.
The nest box we built for the flying squirrel was used by tufted titmice. They successfully fledged a few weeks ago.
Pond Happenings
Pond frog left a few weeks ago (for a larger pond? the bullfrog was getting quite large.)
New smaller frogs have taken over the pond. Have seen a least 2 at the same time.
The dragonfly have emerged from nymph stage to adult stage.
Chimney Swifts
The Chimney Swifts hatched the week of June 10th and have grown louder each day.
